Keynote: When your Fear is Data for Innovation
Leading with tech first, at the exclusion of the innovator and the human process, results in high failure rates for innovation initiatives. Like storytelling, innovation is a human experience, a transformative journey for the innovator, a process of disruption, obstacles, fears, pivoting and, too often, giving up. In this talk, Raymond explores the Asian principle of “sitting with fears” as a tool to humanise innovation and reintroduce empathy, personality and creativity to the process.
