Katherin Kirschenmann is a founder and managing director of The DO School, a renowned platform that facilitates purposeful DOing to drive new products and powerful cultural shifts around the world.
Katherin is leading the DO School’s content work and the development and application of the DO School Method, empowering entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to become purposeful DOers. She is an international speaker and executive facilitator who has facilitated engagements with partners like Daimler, H&M, UN Global Compact and many others. Before founding the DO School, Katherin gained 10 years of experience researching and working in different sectors, exploring the most meaningful and impactful ways of creating more just and sustainable economies. Her quest has led her from international development aid and the UN system to large corporations, where she has consulted in the public and private sector to provide hands-on guidance for grassroots NGOs in Nicaragua and the Philippines.
