Fan Yuan is the Head of Asia at Caspar Health, a digital rehabilitation company that has democratized world-class rehabilitation know-how. She oversees Caspar’s expansion in a market of 4.4 billion people and leverages technology to create business value and social good. She has 7+ years experience building partnerships and creating impact in cross-cultural cross-disciplinary settings. Before joining Caspar, she led the development team in the first privately-founded non-profit children’s hospital in China. She secured donations and investment from international institutions, HNWIs and corporations. She has also worked with and advocated for children with birth defects, Burmese refugees in the United States, factory workers in China, and sex workers in India. Ms. Yuan holds a BA in journalism and communication from Renmin University of China, and a MS in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. She has lived in China, India, France and the U.S. prior to moving to Berlin.
