About the APFB
At the beginning of the 21st century, the exchange between Europe and Asia-Pacific is developing rapidly. Markets are growing together, science and research are being internationalized, and the contact between the two continents and their cultures is of high significance.
The Asia-Pacific Forum Berlin e.V. (APFB) brings together dedicated people from business, science and culture in order to promote dialogue and cooperation.
The members and partners of the APFB cover all spheres of commercial, political, scholarly and cultural life. They pursue an active dialogue between Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, expanding their own potentials and capabilities by sharing them with others.
The APFB holds the office of the Asia-Pacific Weeks Berlin (APW), Germany’s largest event series related to Asia. It is carried out in close cooperation with the Senate Department for Economics, Technology and Research.
