Asia-Pacific Weeks Berlin 2015 - Smart Cities



Since 1997, the Asia-Pacific Weeks Berlin (APW) have provided a forum for exchange on important themes in the fields of business and politics, research and science, culture and society. The Asia-Pacific Weeks Berlin invite participants to enter into a dialog with a business region that features high growth rates and is contributing to the global future. Economic interdependency, knowledge transfer and cultural exchange play a major role in the future development of both Asia and Europe

The Embassy Day provides a forum for the diplomatic missions from the Asia-Pacific region to present their countries and market opportunities for German companies. This compact presentation of the Asia-Pacific region gives a quick overview of current events in this highly exciting region.

For the first time, Metropolitan Solutions, the international meeting place for sustainable urban development, will be taking place in Berlin in cooperation with the APW 2015. With its subject-specific conferences, the trade show functions as a platform exploring strategies and solutions for the expansion and development of the urban infrastructure.

The comprehensive, versatile Partner Program will be back in 2015, when Berlin’s business, science and culture institutions and the embassies will present their own Asia-specific events, e.g. symposia, lectures, exhibitions, movies, concerts etc.
