The Country Forum Indonesia is a network for companies and educational and research institutions as well as representatives of science, industry and culture from Germany and Indonesia. It aims to serve as an interface and strengthen the relation and dialogue between the two countries sustainably by establishing personal contacts. Therefor the Indonesia Forum provides information and communication platforms. Since 1997 the Country Forum Indonesia has organized the “Indonesia Business Day” within the framework of the Asia-Pacific Weeks where companies, professionals and individuals can gain a comprehensive insight into the potentials of the country and deepen their experiences with Indonesia.
Dr. Kohl is the Director of the division of Business Management at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology (IPK). Dr. Kohl has gained extensive experiences with the management of national and international research and consulting projects in industry and service economy. With the Indonesian economy, science and politics, Dr. Kohl has mantained close personal contacts for over 15 years. He spend several years in Indonesia working on different projects.
